Sizing

Rings are available in a Small (Size J), Medium (Size M) and Large (Size P) please check ring size before purchase. We are happy to assist in this process and recommend speaking to your local jewellery shop who will likely be able to assist with measuring.

Shipping

We ship with Royal Mail tracked and insured to ensure your order will arrive quickly, safely and smoothly. You will receive full tracking details on dispatch.

Pre Orders

As we are just starting pieces are currently made to order, timings are estimates and we will keep you updated with progress. For custom pieces you will receive a separate estimated ship date tailored to the unique designs. We will soon be stocking our popular pieces so they can be dispatched immediately. Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email prior to returning your goods to info@jellier.com . All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns. Returns must be sent insured and recorded and cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.

Custom Orders

We can’t accept returns on custom pieces.

International Orders

We will soon be accepting international orders, in the meantime please get in touch and we will do our best to help with shipping to international customers. Shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, In such cases, it is very difficult for us to speed up the process, as they are controlled by the customs department in the importing country. Orders are held and checked at random, meaning delivery timings are taken out of our control. Regrettably, we are unable to cover taxes and duties for these orders.
